About the role

You’ll have an opportunity to be a part of a team that is revolutionizing retail by creating a new way to shop and work at the ground level for a game changing service in its early stages.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

  • Work on, optimize, and present new business model blueprints

  • Analyze sales and consumption data to derive insights

  • Create ad-hoc reports for management as requested

  • Work with and report to our Chief Strategy Officer on various projects and duties

Requirements

  • Proven track-record with ability to multitask on complex projects

  • 3-5+ years working in Business Development at recognized and leading brands

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related fields

  • A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Leadership and managerial skills are a must

Preferred

  • MBA is a plus

  • Managerial experience leading teams
